Victor L. Roberts, MD, FACP, FACE

Dr. Roberts has practiced medicine since 1985 and is Board Certified in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine. He is the founder of Endocrine Associates of Florida, serving the Central Florida community and beyond for over 30 years.
A native of New York, Dr. Roberts earned his BS at Hobart and William Smith College in upstate New York before earning his medical degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, followed by his fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at the University of Miami School of Medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Roberts also earned a Master of Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 1995.
Dr. Roberts has been an active member of the medical community since 1988, having served as President of the Orange County Medical Society, a member of the Board of Directors of the American Diabetes Association and a charter member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, among others. He is also a Professor of Internal Medicine at the UCF College of Medicine, a Clinical Professor of Medicine at UF College of Medicine and College of Pharmacy, and a Clinical Professor of Clinical Sciences at FSU College of Medicine.
In his free time, Dr. Roberts enjoys playing golf, watching movies and spending time with his three adult children and grandson, Noah. He is also a lover of German Shepherds, particularly his own named Samson.
Lucy Duque-Roberts, DNP, ARNP-C

Dr. Duque-Roberts was born in Colombia and raised in New York City, where she began her training at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens. She later earned her Masters in Nursing, followed by her Nurse Practitioner degree and a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Pace University, where she was recognized as the student with the greatest clinical leadership potential in cultural competence.
She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and has been recognized as a Top Nurse Practitioner by America’s Top Nurses.
Combined with her background in primary care, Dr. Duque-Roberts offers a whole-body approach to healthcare, taking into account each patients’ unique circumstances to achieve the best outcome possible. When she’s not working, Dr. Duque-Roberts loves to dance, cook, travel and spend time with her family. She especially enjoys going back to Colombia where she can visit with family and friends.
Jennifer Delgado Santiago, ARNP

Jennifer is a family Nurse Practitioner who comes to us with over 20 years of experience. Most recently, she has been treating endocrine patients as a Certified Diabetes Educator and Clinical Lead at Orlando Health. She is also certified in CGM and insulin pump training.
Jennifer is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and was recently recognized for her outstanding performance by Orlando Health Patient Experience Magazine. She speaks fluent Spanish and is focused on improving the health of her patients through education and empowerment.
